Your Event Pass will cost the current rate at time of paying, not when you registered. Therefore we would appreciate payment for your pass within 14 days or you may be subject to your registration being passed to someone from the waiting list.

(Cancel before 01/08/2023, 75% of ticket price refunded – Cancel before 14/08/2023, 50% of ticket price refunded, then 25% until 30/09/2023 – no refund will be given after 30/09/2023)
