NOTE
Your Event Pass will cost the current rate at time of paying, not when you registered. Therefore we would appreciate payment for your pass within 7 days or you may be subject to your registration being passed to someone from the waiting list.
On the door price will be from Wednesday 23rd October (Available only if event is not Sold Out) – 130€ Party Pass or 210€ Full Pass.

- By Bank Transfer. NOTE: For anyone outside Poland, please ensure you cover the fees.
IMPORTANT: The Bank/Card transfer details should contain the participant’s surname and type of pass. Otherwise, we might be unable to identify your payment. For example: WHSFull/Party'Smith' or if you are paying as a couple WHSFull/Party'Smith/Evans'
Cancellation policy
(Cancel before 01/08/2024, 75% of ticket price refunded – Cancel before 14/08/2024, 50% of ticket price refunded, then 25% until 30/09/2024 – no refund will be given after 30/09/2024)
